Viola Sebastian Rauch 1766

Original viola by Sebastian Rauch 1977 made in Bratislava, Slovakia.

This viola belonged in its last stage to a Polish professional violist who played in a prestigious Spanish orchestra.

The viola is in very good condition considering its great age and it is perfectly functional.

Inside there are two additional labels, which confirm that the viola was repaired by Stanislaus Labusis, without indicating the date and was later repaired by Ernst Liebich in Breslau, Poland in 1947.

This viola is a unique piece, due to its age and beauty and also offers a sound of extraordinary tonal quality, with velvety, vibrant basses full of life and color.

A unique opportunity for those looking for a soloist or orchestra viola with exceptional performance, a piece of great age and value.
